Thank you for purchasing our educational children's e-books at Sam's Big Adventure. Because our storefront specializes exclusively in digital content, we do not have a physical shipping process. Please review our delivery terms below:
  1. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING
    All products available on samsbigadventure.com are digital e-books. No physical books, paper copies, or physical packages will be shipped or delivered to your residential address. There are no shipping fees, customs duties, or handling charges applied to your order at checkout.
  2. INSTANT DIGITAL FULFILLMENT
    Our digital fulfillment system is 100% automated. As soon as you complete your purchase at checkout and your payment is successfully processed, your digital files are instantly generated and prepared for you.
You will receive access to your e-books in two ways:
  • Instant Download Page: An explicit download link will appear directly on your screen on the checkout confirmation page.
  • Email Delivery: An automated delivery email containing secure, clickable download links will be sent immediately to the email address you provided at checkout.
  1. COMPATIBILITY & FILE FORMATS
    Our e-books are delivered in standard digital formats (such as PDF or EPUB) that are universally compatible with smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, and standard e-readers (such as Kindle or Apple Books). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have compatible software to open and view these file formats.
  2. DOWNLOAD LIMITS & SECURITY
    To protect our intellectual property, download links are monitored for security purposes. Your personalized download links are intended for personal use only. Sharing, forwarding, or distributing your delivery links to outside networks or unauthorized users may result in the automatic expiration or termination of your access link.
  3. MISSING OR DELAYED DIGITAL ORDERS
    If you do not see the delivery email in your primary inbox within 5 minutes of completing your purchase, please follow these steps:
  • Check your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes automated transactional e-commerce emails are filtered there by your email provider.
  • Verify the Email Entered: Confirm that you did not accidentally misspell your email address during checkout.
If you still cannot locate your download links, please reach out to our team at support@samsbigadventure.com, and we will manually verify your transaction and re-send your files within 24 hours.
