Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, so we do not offer refunds, returns, or money-back guarantees once a purchase is complete.

If something goes wrong

If your download link doesn't work, you can't access your file, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right. Email support@samsbigadventure.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll resend or fix your download.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you receive access immediately and that all sales are final.
